Get a power workout with KO Fit Kickboxing! Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, burn calories, improve your stamina and have fun! This is a no contact Kickboxing/Muay Thai workout.

K.O. FIT Integrates kickboxing, Muay Thai, Chinese Kickboxing (SanShous/Sanda) and various techniques used in Martial Arts.

Designed for people who want to get in shape and/or want an alternative to their existing workouts. It uses fun and engaging exercises taking from different martial arts to create a great motivating and high energy workout. No Martial Arts experience is required and is beginner friendly.

Notes: Partner Drills and light contact. Please bring your own gloves.
